Apple Sues Galaxy Note 10.1 and Jelly Bean
Apple sues Samsung again will the product tablet Galaxy Note 10.1 for violating Apple's patents.
Not only Samsung, Apple is now indirectly also attacked the plans to sue Google operating system known as Android 4.1 or Android Jelly Bean.

South Korean companies are also required to pay a fine of U.S. $ 1.051 billion (approximately USD 9 billion). However, the jury did not state that the tablet Galaxy Tab violate Apple patents.
The decision of the jury is not "knock the hammer" by Judge Lucy Koh, who presided at the trial. The case is going to proceed in December 2012. Reportedly, Apple will try to permanently block Samsung products that have been otherwise violated patents.
Besides the U.S., the legal dispute between Apple and Samsung is also taking place in the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Australia, and South Korea.
